At NiMi Projects, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original NiMi Projects packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
